This policy describes how Widgy Mobile ("we", "us") handles information in our mobile applications, including Widgy Keyboard — Themes & Fonts (the "Apps"), and on this website.
The short version: our keyboard does not collect, store, transmit, or sell anything you type. Typing happens on your device. We make money from themes and subscriptions, not from your data.
What you type
Widgy Keyboard processes keystrokes locally on your device in order to function as a keyboard. We do not log your keystrokes, we do not transmit the content you type to our servers, and we have no access to your messages, passwords, or personal communications.
Information we do collect
- Theme catalog requests. When the app downloads themes, our servers receive standard technical data needed to deliver them (such as IP address, device type, and app version). We use this to operate and secure the service.
- Purchase information. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We receive confirmation of a purchase but never your payment details.
- Crash and performance data. Aggregated, non-identifying diagnostics that help us fix bugs and keep the app fast.
- Support messages. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.
What we don't do
- We don't sell personal information.
- We don't read or store the content you type.
- We don't request permissions the keyboard doesn't need.
Children
Our Apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Data retention and your rights
We keep operational data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete data we hold about you. Contact us and we'll help.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above. Significant changes will be noted in the app.
